Description
The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is the agency charged with licensing and regulating over 1.4 million businesses and professionals in the State of Florida. DBPR has been instrumental in providing official guidance and assistance in navigating the implementation of the Governor's Executive Orders related to COVID-19. This includes vacation rental operations, restaurants best practices, and licensing information.
