Description
You have probably heard of an LLC (Limited Liability Company) before. So what is a PLLC?
A PLLC is a Professional Limited Liability Company that is basically an LLC for professionals who hold a license to perform their job. Setting up a PLLC for real estate agents is an important step in building your real estate business.
Real estate agents can protect their personal assets while also enjoying some tax advantages by taking one simple step. Forming a PLLC is an easier decision once the requirements and restrictions are understood.
Women's Council of REALTORS® Manatee County invites you to join us for an "Edu-taining" discussion led by JoAnn Koontz, Esq., CPA. LEARN how you can obtain additional protection and legal support to help you stay productive and focused on serving your clients, making deals, and moving your career forward.
LUNCH with us Thursday, March 10 at The Grove in downtown Lakewood Ranch. Doors open at 11 am for networking with friends, business partners, and colleagues. A portion of the proceeds from this Lunch & Learn will benefit the Denis V. Cooper Foundation, a locally based charity that enhances the quality of life for military veterans.
