Viento Kitchen + Bar, the signature restaurant of Zota Beach Resort in Longboat Key, invites locals and guests to celebrate the beautiful mothers in their lives with a Mother’s Day brunch buffet. Curated by executive chef Jeremy White, the menu will be offered in Zota’s ballroom from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 13. Viento’s culinary team will carve a Mojo Pork Loin and Roasted Beef Tenderloin along with selections that include: • Smoked Salmon • Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Salad • Seared Snapper • Chicken Picatta Viento’s Mother’s Day Brunch is priced at $49.95 for adults and $24.95 for children ages 4-11 years old.
