Pamela will also discuss the pros and cons of both flipping and holding real estate investments.

Pamela Parrino has been a real estate investor since 2001 and a real estate agent/broker since 2017. She came to the Bradenton area from NYC in 2012 and found her slice of paradise here in Manatee and Sarasota County.

Over the years she has helped 100’s of investors expand their real estate portfolios and their net worth.

In 2022 The Parrino Group merged with Swell Homes and they became the Suncoast Buying and Selling Team powered by KW Suncoast. Pamela is the owner and CEO, leading a team of 8 agents and staff.
