Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beside us and the sky above. A beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginners. No yoga experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun on the mat!
