Zota Beach Resort, Longboat Key’s boutique beachfront escape, in partnership with The Boston Beer Company, is hosting the Samuel Adams Spring Collection Beer Dinner on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. After soaking up the coastline’s vibrant sunsets, attendees can meander into the resort’s private dining room to enjoy Samuel Adams’ debut libations, expertly accompanied by an innovative, seven-course menu, specially developed by the team at Viento Kitchen + Bar, Zota Beach Resort’s signature restaurant. Merging Floridian, Caribbean and Mediterranean flavors, Zota Beach Resort’s signature restaurant, Viento Kitchen + Bar presents Floribbean cuisine, focusing on fresh and healthful ingredients. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the dinner will present the following pairings to introduce the Spring collection: • Noble Pilsner | Grilled Sausage & Pepper Flatbread and Thai Roasted Cauliflower • Carry Over Noble Pilsner | Barbecue Braised Gulf Shrimp with Smoked Gouda Grits • Cold Snap | Pan Seared Sole atop Mussel Ragout, Frisee and Micro Greens • Keller Bier | Mushroom Risotto • Fresh as Helles | Chicken Tamale with Charred Corn and Roasted Peppers • Smoked Lager | Pastrami Rubbed Strip Steak with Potato Hash, Cabbage, Coffee Roasted Carrots, Roasted Romanesco • Coffee Black Lager | Flourless Chocolate Cake paired with Chocolate Mouse and Pistachios Zota Beach Resort’s Samuel Adams Spring Collection Beer Dinner - a premier culinary experience, will be offered for $50 plus tax and gratuity.
