Cortez, Fla. (March 7, 2019) – Join The Folk School at Florida Maritime Museum for a Seafood 101 cooking demonstration led by Chef Warren Caterson on Saturday, March 30th from 10 AM – 11:30 AM.
Something smells fishy, but it won’t be your cooking! Join Chef Warren for dozens of hints, tips, and tricks on how to prepare seafood. Students will sample the entrée at the end of class. Class will be outside, please dress accordingly.
The class is open to the public and is scheduled for Saturday, March 30th from 10 AM – 11:30 AM at the Florida Maritime Museum. The class fee is $20 and pre-registration is required. Please visit FloridaFolkSchool.org to register.
