Jurassic Martial Arts + Fitness is offering its monthly FREE Self-Defense seminar open to the public. No RSVP required. Participants must wear workout clothing and have a water bottle. Learn home, self, and public defense against various scenarios or encounters (including defense against an armed attacker). Completion includes certificate, booklet for strategies and defense knowledge, and coupons for memberships/classes. #jmaftkd
