Description

I know what it feels like to be the go-to person for everything in your business. You've built a successful business where revenue isn't the issue, structure is. Everything still depends on you and that is exhausting.
At $300k or more in sales, most businesses don't stall because of marketing. They stall because the owner is still operating the machine.
You are:
- Approving everything
- Solving every escalation
- Carrying the financial stress
-Making the final call on every major decision
And the more you grow...the more essential you become.
That's not scale. That's dependency.
There was a time when growth just meant more responsibility. More employees, more decisions, and more pressure.
Revenue was increasing but so was dependency on us.
We didn't need more hustle. We needed a different structure.
After redesigning how the business operated and eventually exiting, we now help other business owners make that same shift from operator to true owner.
This workshop is where that process begins.
In This Workshop, You'll Learn:
??The 5 Systems that remove you as the bottleneck.
??The structural difference between operator-run and owner-run businesses.
??Why Systems are Critical to Success.
??How to Avoid the #1 Reason Small Businesses Don’t Grow.
Reserve your seat now. Link in comments and in this event profile.
