Wine Class 102 Sponsored by: “Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery” The Summer Grape Harvest & Reading the “Brix” On Saturday, August 12, 2017, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, BHV will be offering our second “Complimentary” (FREE) wine class on “The Summer Grape Harvest & Reading the ‘Brix”. Reservations are required and are offered to all College age adults and older. You should bring a wide-brim hat or an umbrella to protect yourself from the sun. Our second class will take us outside and into the vineyard. You will learn about the grapes on the vine, the wines that each different grape makes and the importance of the “Brix”!
