The Cash Office Associate receives currency deliveries, records deposit information in the computer database, and verifies deposits are correct.
Assembling change for cash register drawers.
Receiving and verifying all cash from registers.
Ability to make accurate database entries and use basic formulas in Microsoft Excel.
High school diploma/equivalent required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and to retrieve boxes of coins from low shelves.
Please note if selected for an interview, a work sample will be completed in Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience handling and counting cash accurately.

This is an OPS/Part-Time Job and is not eligible for benefits.
Although listed as "temporary," please note this is not a seasonal/summer position
This is a part-time role working 3 days a week in the mornings with some flexibility on the start/end times. Please note that flexibility to cover other shifts including weekdays and holidays may be required based on the needs of The Ringling.
Criminal Background Check
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
