As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with our clients. A positive attitude, professionalism, organizational skills, and customer service is the key to success and creating a lasting impression.

We have an outstanding reputation thru the BBB, Angie’s List, and also send out customer satisfaction surveys to each and every customer.


  • Full-time availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Previous multi-phone line experience

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office


  • Professionally answer a multiline phone system in a polite tone
  • Determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel
  • Interact with clients in a positive and courteous manner
  • Perform basic office clerical duties such as emailing clients, photocopying, filing, etc

- Health, Vision, and Dental are available 1st of the month following 60 consecutive days of employment

-Eligible for vacation and holiday pay after 1 year of employment
