Operations Support Specialist

Highly motivated individual to create, distribute and close out customer tickets on a daily basis.
Communicates with supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues.
Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
Communicates with customers about service issues as needed.
Data entry on a daily basis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Uses Excel and Word on a daily basis.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $41,000 - $60,000/year
