PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
Monday – Friday
8:30 am – 2:00 pm – 1/2 hour lunch
 
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones, route calls, take messages
• Making appointments
• Greeting visitors
• Computer data entry in MLS and Lucero
• Typing and mailing letters, maintain office files
• Open office each morning, (i.e. Turn on computer equipment, make coffee, put paper into copy machine, etc.)
• Maintain supply list for office and order as needed
• Maintain copy machine
• Retrieve and distribute mail
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
• Assist Rental Department when possible
 
Qualifications for the position:
• Previous telephone experience
• Pleasant phone manner, excellent communications skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Good computer skills (word, excel, publisher, internet)
• Professional Appearance
• Dependable
• Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Must be proficient with office equipment (scanner, copier, etc.)
• Must have flexibility in adapting to new and wide ranged procedures

Pay: $18.00/hr
