Responsibilities Cultivate and expand your network of referral sources to generate a steady flow of mortgage leads. Engage with prospective clients, understanding their unique financial goals and tailoring mortgage solutions that align with their needs. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected accurately and efficiently. Collaborate closely with our in-house processing and underwriting teams to expedite loan approvals and closings. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in the mortgage landscape to provide clients with up-to-date and valuable advice. Continuously strive to exceed performance targets, achieving personal and team goals. Requirements Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a related financial role. A deep understanding of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and industry best practices. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for instilling trust and confidence in clients. Strong problem-solving abilities, making complex financial concepts accessible and easy to understand. A track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry) certification preferred but not required (we can assist with the process).
