Office Administrator This position works four weekdays and one weekend day 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager Ray or Owner Amy. WORK PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION (to include some or all of the following) Answer all in-bound Dispatch phone calls and manage Team Member questions. Track and refill all cleaning and office supply levels Ensure Office is tidy and organized Accurately enter and confirm upcoming Client appointments in Jobber CRM Confirm post-service Client satisfaction via phone call (Upsell Opportunity!) Attend weekly leadership trainings Confirm new Client 50% deposits are received prior to scheduled service Finalize weekly Team schedule and supplies needed by end of day Thursday’s for upcoming Monday – Sunday Dispatching duties throughout the day. Ensure all Job timers started timely daily. Ensure all Job timers stopped timely daily. Update timers whenever needed Complete laundry for Team and any Client linens Prep office for all Team meetings, interviews, etc. Organize Team paper files and scan necessary Training and Onboarding documents Confirm client job checklists and essentials tracking are completed and reported. Assist Owner with various policy creation, documentation, and implementation Always dress professionally or wear company uniform, have proper hygiene, a positive and professional attitude, and treat yourself and each others with respect Requirements: Intermediate Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email) Personal transportation and timeliness 50+ words per minute average typing speed Bonus Goals: ? Part 1: Flat Booking Bonuses Milestone Bonus First 5 new clients (over $135 each) + $25 total Next 5 new clients (clients 6–10) + $75 total Max $100/month for booking 10 new clients! *Flat bonuses reward consistent client acquisition. Jobs must be $135 minimum and completed.* ? Part 2: Revenue-Based Bonuses % (Triggered once $2,450+ in new client revenue is reached.) This compensation structure is designed to motivate you to support our phenomenal Team, grow our Client base, and maintain our Client base. The base salary provides a steady income, while the bonus structure gives you the opportunity to earn $3,300 additional per year based on your performance. Example: Based on the above metrics, if $4,000 in new sales are booked in 30 days then your bonus is $100. If that is done for all 12 months, then the additional annual compensation is $100 x 12 plus four quarterly bonuses of $300 + the annual bonus of $900 = $3,300 bonus.
