This is a long-term employment opportunity.

Applicants must first and foremost play well with others, as we are lucky to have a group of highly skilled, like-minded office staff, project managers, and tradespeople with years of experience, that pride themselves on high quality service through cooperative efforts.

This also makes this a great opportunity for those people that are less experienced and would like to learn the in and outs of the industry. We do projects ranging from a single window replacement to scraping a building off the planet and starting from scratch!

For Trades Professionals:

Our industry is constantly changing and evolving, so a willingness to continue learning, regardless of previous experience is vital. Please...if you going to tell me that you "can build a house from the ground up all by yourself" don't waste either of our time. I have already hired you, fired you, and fixed your work at great expense and embarrassment. We are looking for professionals that are " Humbly Confident".

Most projects will require one or all of the following skill sets:

Site preparation: THIS IS REMODEL, NOT NEW CONSTRUCTION .

Demolition / Deconstruction : THIS IS NOT HGTV WE DON"T TAKE DOWN WALLS WITH SLEDGEHAMMERS ( WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS OF COURSE)

Framing : INTERIOR / STRUCTURAL / TRUSSES

Metal Framing : CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS

Drywall : HANGING AND FINISHING

Trim and Millwork : BASE / CROWN / INTERIOR DOORS / CUSTOM FABRICATIONS

Entry Doors - IMPACT DOORS

Windows - IMPACT WINDOWS

Cabinets - INSTALLATION & FABRICATION

Flooring - TILE, LVT, WOOD

Project Management - WE ARE A FULLY LICENSED GENERAL CONTRACTOR - RESIDENTIAL - COMMERCIAL AND ROOFING. WE MUST REMAIN A WELL-ROUNDED AND DYNAMIC ORGANIZATION AND NEED HIGHLY MOTIVATED QUALITY-MINDED TEAM MEMBERS TO DO SO.

For Beginners:

This is an excellent environment to learn many aspects of the building industry, however, this is WORK. It is not often glamorous; it IS often physically demanding and it does require that you remain focused and engaged in what you are assigned to do.

For Both:

We understand that you may not have a "resume" but please, take the time to write a few sentences describing your experience and what you've been working on most recently.
