Job Summary: The 26 West Entrepreneurship Center offers a suite of business services that are available to the public. Candidate will be responsible for planning curriculum and programming and securing instructors to deliver non-credit curriculum in the Entrepreneurship Academy, Student Incubator (for partner institutions) and Personal Branding Lab. In addition, the candidate will act as Advisor for the SCF Entrepreneurship Club and will manage the day-to-day relationship with other institutions to deliver 26 West Entrepreneurship Center curriculum.

Job Description
Applicants may be asked to demonstrate any or all of the following duties:
1. Plan non-credit curriculum for the Entrepreneurship Academy, Student Incubator (for partner institutions), and the Personal Branding Lab by quarter and review with the Director, 26 West Entrepreneurship Center at least eight weeks prior to the start of the classes.
2. Identify, vet, and secure high-quality instructors for all classes. Manage onboarding process for new instructors.
3. Work with 26 West Office Supervisor to ensure all classes are posted in Lumens and on the 26 West website at least six weeks in advance of the class and classrooms are secured.
4. Make go/no go decisions for classes based on enrollment. Communicate and coordinate with 26 West Office Supervisor and instructors to execute contracts, class rosters, classroom locations, etc. prior to the start of each class.
5. Act as Advisor for the SCF Entrepreneurship Club.
6. Manage day-to-day relationships with partner institutions to deliver non-credit curriculum.
7. Participate in the planning and implementation of special events for the 26 West Entrepreneurship Center
8. Manage revenue projections and corresponding expense budget for classes and programming for the 26 West Entrepreneurship Center.
9. Maintain contact database including all class participants.
10. Perform other duties deemed necessary and to fulfill grant obligations.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or comparable relevant experience) and two years of business coaching, running a successful startup or small business, working or running an incubator, or teaching and creating curriculum at the higher education level (credit or non-credit). Has strong organizational skills and ability to network to identify and vet high-quality instructors.
• Certificates and Licenses: Valid Florida driver’s license. Work will require travel throughout service area.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a business coach, entrepreneur or managing an entrepreneurship program or incubator is preferred.
