Job Summary
Serves as lead for enrollment management technology solutions. Responsible for technology solution oversight and ongoing system maintenance to ensure optimal utilization and functionality. Assists enrollment management functional areas to revise, update, edit and/or enhance enrollment services. Coordinates and facilitates enrollment related electronic communication deliveries and strategies.

Job Description
 Applicants may be asked to demonstrate any or all of the following duties:
1. Provides direction and support in the development, execution and evaluation of enrollment management systems, operations, services and communications.
2. Supports technology initiatives and systems development for student constituent relationship management (CRM) and retention enrollment management solutions, to include web-based functionality and services. Troubleshoots issues and provides ongoing system maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
3. Leads training initiatives and manages end-user training, testing and support for enrollment management solutions.
4. Coordinates and facilitates enrollment management technology projects, establishes priorities, evaluates effectiveness and implements initiatives as requested by enrollment management leadership. 5. Assists in the development of strategies for ensuring success with enrollment management technology solutions with the goal of increasing office efficiencies and return on investment (ROI).
6. Coordinates and executes the development of a comprehensive communication plan from inquiry through graduation. Assists leadership through the delivery of important communications as necessary.
7. Participates in institutional campus meetings and related activities regarding enrollment management technology and planning.
8. Collaborates with cross-functional areas to support business processes and assist in process improvement to enhance the student experience.
9. Responsible for supporting the data management efforts for enrollment management technology solutions, running and providing regular reports as assigned and assisting with monitoring data integrity for enrollment management technology solutions. Assists in developing innovative approaches to operational and data management needs that involve external partners.
10. Assists enrollment management initiatives related to recruitment, retention and graduation utilizing enrollment management technology solutions.
11. Liaisons with enrollment technology solution vendor(s) as directed.
12. Serves as the liaison for CRM and retention enrollment management technology solutions with Information Technology Services to assist with securing technological services as needed related to data integrations.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory Experience: One or more years of experience as a “lead” employee, with responsibility for scheduling and assigning work, facilitating teams, training employees, and assisting others with problems, is required.
Preferred Qualifications
CRM and retention solution experience in higher education, especially community college experience, is preferred.
