Golf Bag & Cart Attendant (Part-Time)
University Park Country Club is seeking a Golf Bag & Cart Attendant to join our team. This part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week) plays an important role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests.
University Park Country Club is a premier semi-private club serving approximately 1,200 residents across 32 communities, along with outside members. Our 27-hole championship golf course is recognized as the #1 course in the Sarasota County area, hosting approximately 83,000 rounds annually.

Position Overview
This is a year-round, part-time position. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day. Seasonal positions are not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall golf experience
- Assist with loading and unloading golf bags from vehicles and carts
- Stage, clean, and maintain golf carts throughout the day
- Prepare carts for play and return them to storage after use
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of cart and bag storage areas
- Monitor cart inventory and report needs as necessary
- Support golf events and daily golf operations
- Assist with driving range duties, including ball retrieval, cleaning, and setup
- Set up range and first tee areas for daily play
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather and varying conditions

Compensation & Perks
