Licensed Clinical Social Worker

MCR Health is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Our behavioral health clinics operate at a fast pace and our population is varied, reflecting a wide range of diagnoses, including substance abuse disorders. Under indirect supervision, provides a range of psychosocial and counseling therapy (individually or in groups), crisis intervention, documentation requirement services in the office and/or school environment.  Responsibilities include ability to assess problems and determine appropriate types and methods of treatment, and ability to implement intervention methodologies.  As part of this role, you will: -Provide counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to our patients in an office and school setting -Develop and implement treatment plans. -Provide therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services on-site, as required. -Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan. What you need to bring to this role: -Licensed (in good standing) as a Clinical Social Worker in Florida. -Familiarity with and sensitivity to multi-cultural groups as related to family customs and child rearing practices (preferably Hispanic culture). -Knowledge of working with substance abuse disorders a plus. -Excellent listening/ interpersonal skills. -Knowledge and a high level of comfort working with an Electronic Health Record platform. -Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
