- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Support clients with mobility issues and physical therapy exercises.
- Conduct light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, participating in activities that clients enjoy.
- Monitor and report changes in client's health, behavior, or needs to care managers.
- Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and local requirements.
- Proven experience as a caregiver (Preferred).
- Ability to act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Respectful and compassionate with good bedside manners.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background check clearance.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
