We are currently recruiting for the position of Vacation Rental Field Inspector.
As a Vacation Rental Field Inspector, you will be accountable for the ultimate presentation of your portfolio of properties. First impressions and guest experience are of the highest priority in this industry.
The successful candidate should expect to be responsible for:
Interior property presentation which includes but is not limited to:
- Maintaining the property with the highest level of organization
- Ensuring cleaning standards are met
- Keeping inventory stocked and replenishing as necessary
Perform documented inspections during each walkthrough to communicate property conditions to the Vacation Rental Property Manager while making recommendations for repairs and/or improvements that can be shared with owners.
Exterior property presentation
Basic light interior/exterior maintenance
Guest satisfaction
Housekeeping Duties
Quality Control

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- A company vehicle will be provided for traveling between properties
- Reach overhead and below the waist, regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, and bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
The physical demands described here are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
