Payroll / HR Assistant
ArtisTree Landscape, a respected authority in the green industry, seeks a Payroll/HR Assistant to back-up & assist with payroll, benefits administration, new hire process and various HR duties. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a must! This position will assist the HR Administrator. Great opportunity for a motivated individual to do many aspects of human resources; very diversified position. Be a part of a great team supporting 300 employees with the following duties and responsibilities: Basic related duties will include: Payroll - Learn all aspects of payroll including; payroll changes, commissions, and the weekly processing procedure. Be part of the HR team to be a back-up for the payroll position. A new payroll/HR system is on the horizon, experience with Kronos a plus! New hire process: new hire forms, background screening, on-boarding, & data entry into HR/payroll system. Assist with benefits administration. Lean and manager the company uniform process. Maintaining spreadsheets in excel. Working with supervisors to ensure accuracy of employee information and other information is current. Special projects - including translation of documents to Spanish Other administrative HR duties as needed Requirements: Intermediate skills w/ Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook required. Advanced writing skills desired. Some payroll/hr experience is required. Bi-lingual in Spanish is desired.
