Vitil Solutions is hiring Computer Technicians for Help Desk & Warranty Repair Team
This is a full-time position with benefit.  Work hours are Mon - Fri, 7 am - 4 pm with one hour lunch.

What You’ll Do: Provide Help Desk coverage by answering phone calls, documenting, and routing tickets using a knowledge base for lookup. Respond quickly to calls during high volume, send information emails, adapt, and learn as business shifts Repair HP laptops and desktops, including basic troubleshooting, order parts, swap parts, process warranty claims, and complete the repair while properly documenting warranty claims, maintaining an accurate queue, and processing all work in accordance with HP’s warranty program. (HP Warranty Desktop Certification course work is provided approx. 2 hrs of online training ).

Special projects may require a Saturday or evening – this is rare and occurs every six weeks – plenty of notice and meals are provided The responsibilities listed on this posting are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate will meet the responsibilities and qualifications, have friendly and excellent verbal skills, understand issues and requests.
Good writing skills are required to contribute to our knowledge base.

What You Need to Succeed:
1 yr experience with ticketing systems 1 yr experience working computer repairs
Able to read quickly and determine the outcome for tickets
Friendly phone voice
Proficient in typing with accuracy Experienced with Outlook email, calendar, & tasks
Florida Driver’s License – if able to back up our delivery driver, is a plus!
College degree or technical trade school certification is a plus!
HP Warranty or CompTIA A+ certification is a plus! Opportunity to learn and train in SCCM
