Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant – Full-Time Position
We are seeking a seasoned Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our team and work closely with a senior partner in our well-established law firm. This is a full-time, on-site position offering an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports. • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Coordinate with clients and legal professionals. • Handle billing, time entry, and expense reporting. • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant. • Knowledge of legal terminology and documentation. • Proficiency in word processing and MS Office Suite. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Exceptional attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
