As our Inside Sales Agent, you will be the voice of the company, making sure every customer is cared for and each inspector has everything they need to be at the top of their game. You will be responsible for providing excellent, high-level customer service by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Full Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high level customer service to ensure an excellent customer experience. From scheduling inspections, to communicating with buyers and real estate agents, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:

1. Answer phones and manage calls with a positive attitude
2. Provide office guests with an unparalleled experience
3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
4. Provide information about the products and services
5. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
6. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:
    Extensive experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    Ability to build rapport with clients
    Ability to prioritize and multitask
    Positive and professional demeanor
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    Work with laser engraving machine a plus
