We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and people-driven leader to oversee both hospitality and operations at our full service restaurant. As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. You will lead the front-of-house team, manage scheduling, oversee costs, and drive efficiency—all while exuding warmth, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset. Duties - Be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. - Manage daily operations, including service flow, reservations, and guest interactions. - Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of service excellence. - Handle staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency. - Oversee costs and operational budgets, monitoring labor and service-related expenses. - Maintain high service standards, ensuring smooth communication between FOH and BOH. - Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns proactively, always prioritizing satisfaction.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $61,000 - $100,000/year
