Happy's Rent to Own is seeking an Account Manager to join our award-winning Bradenton Team!
We are a 12-year-old Tampa based, family owned, 13 store chain of rent to own stores. We operate our RTO locations throughout the Tampa Bay area, as well as Jacksonville. In addition, we run a national award-winning home staging operation and 2 retail locations in Tampa.

The Account Manager position is the first step toward a store management position. Our General Managers earn 50K to 90K per year. We will teach you our business, so no experience in Rent to Own is required. Experience in customer service, collections, or sales is preferred however. An Account Manager's primary responsibility will be to contact our rent to own customers by phone and in person to renew expired rental agreements.
Daily duties will include, but not be limited to:
1. Appx 1/2 day spent making phone calls, texting, sending emails...and helping walk-in customers with payments and renting items when needed
2. Another appx 1/2 day will be spent visiting customers (company vehicle is provided) that you weren't able to reach by other means from the store.
Candidates must be able to:

• Speak Spanish and English
• Focus on results
• Build relationships with customers
• Communicate clearly
• Solve payment problems
• Understand basic math
• Work diligently and have a strong attention to detail
• Own a valid regular driver license (Class E) with less than 4 points in 3 years
• Pass a background and pre-employment drug test
• Work regular retail hours, including every Saturday. (Off Sundays and Wednesdays)
• Show proof of a stable work history by providing previous job references
