Job description
As a sales associate, you will engage with customers and potential customers to sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories all while delivering an excellent customer experience with a positive and fun attitude. Demonstrate active listening skills and develop a strong understanding of each customer's needs. Provide thoughtful recommendations and options with a focus on solving problems rather than pushing products or making a quick sale. Focus on generating repeat business through a loyal client base and subsequent referrals. Ability to assist customers with troubleshooting issues on wireless devices. Recognize, adapt and respond to a range of common retail scenarios and guest personalities. Multi-task, think on one's feet, and keep calm under pressure amidst time constraints. Leverage store displays and interactive devices to provide each guest with a unique, immersive experience. Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations. Maintain a strong working knowledge of all products, pricing plans, service features, and accessories as well as current company promotions.

Requirements:

• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work at different store locations
• Previous experience in prepaid wireless sales is a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Team player and a professional who brings a fun attitude and high energy to the workplace
• Customer service focused is a must!
