About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support daily warehouse and shop operations. This role focuses on inventory handling, small-part kitting, and preparing packages for shipment. The work is light-duty, methodical, and well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on, organized tasks in a low-distraction environment. Many responsibilities can be completed while seated. You will receive and send packages using UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, open and inspect shipments for damage, verify quantities, and sort parts by type and size. You will assemble kits using precise quantities of small components such as bolts, washers, billet parts, and electronic items, ensuring each kit is complete and accurately labeled. You will also organize inventory into clearly labeled shelves and bins, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace—including proper disposal of trash, light cleaning, and storing tools and supplies. This is an important part of the role.

What We’re Looking for in the ideal candidate is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with small parts and precise counts. You should be able to lift and carry packages up to 20 lbs and be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary Range: Up to $20,000/year,$41,000 - $60,000/year
