Warehouse Manager
Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse/integration area and the implementation of action plans, including staging, kitting, ordering, inventorying, and maintaining a safe work environment. Duties/Responsibilities: ?Ensures the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the warehouse/integration area. Meet relevant standards. ?Complete and maintain applicable paperwork (i.e. shipping/tracking labels) and data entry into various software platforms. ?Participate in inventory/cycle count activities weekly or as needed. Report variances to leadership. Correct discrepancies using approved methods. ?Maintain/order consumable supplies that support warehouse needs. ?Pick, pack, and ship inventory as required to meet customer’s demand. ?Provision equipment as needed and prepare for shipments. ?Assists in developing a program to drive efficiency in the warehousing area. ?Collect and report required data in support of performance metrics that support established KPIs. Deliver performance that meets or exceeds goals. ?Coordinate procurement of tools, materials, and equipment to support operational needs, ensuring timely replenishment and cost-effective purchasing. Maintain vendor relationships and support quote comparison as needed. Field and Project Support ?Provide operational support to the Field Services Team as needed. Assist with coordination of specialty trades and vendor engagement to support project deployment. ?Issue purchase orders and support vendor invoicing approval in partnership with Professional Services. Support staffing logistics by helping align trades resources to project requirements when needed. Required Skills/Abilities ?Proficient analytical and mathematical skills. ?Staging equipment/hardware with different software in production is preferred. ?Effective communication and cross-team collaboration skills. ?Ability to work flexible hours as needed. ?Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) with strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail. ?Customer-service mindset with strong follow-through. Education and Experience ?Associate’s degree in a related field ?Minimum of 2 years of proven front-line warehouse operations experience for a manufacturing or distribution company. ?Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and inventory controls. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements ?Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. ?Intermittent periods of walking, standing, crouching, or bending may occur ?Travel to and from client installations will be required at times up to 15% ?Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
