Warehouse Operator

Job Description: • In collaboration with the Operations Manager, coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety • Assist in the monitoring and analysis of warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations and resolve any issues that may arise • Participate in training programs to improve warehouse staff skills and knowledge • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks Requirements and Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related role, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting performance targets. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, essential for effectively managing warehouse operations and personnel, if the role expands in the future. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a dedicated focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards. • Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including proficiency in inventory management, shipping, and receiving procedures. • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient workflow. • Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, fulfilling the demands of the job while adhering to safety protocols Added info: • English proficiency or native language (plus) • LOOK cycle, after a brief waiting period pays 100% of employee premiums for company selected Health, Dental, Optical, and a modest life insurance policy.
