Real Estate Services:
We are one of the oldest real estate offices on Anna Maria Island. Founded in 1970 under the name of Dudley Real Estate, in later years it was Patricia Hendricks Real Estate and then Hendricks Real Estate. The sale of the business in 1990 and subsequent name change to Island Real Estate in August 1991 were merely the latest steps in the continual effort to professionally serve the community. We constantly strive to earn the loyalty and trust of the customers and community we serve.

Vacation Rental Services:
In January 2020, we returned to vacation rental management at the urging of our previous vacation rental owners and past rental guests. Vacation rental customers can expect the same superior service and qualified experienced team to meet your needs as our Island Real Estate Sales team is to Real Estate.

Design and Renovation Services:
We have facilitated more than 50 Anna Maria Island property renovations - both large and small - with a General Contractor directly on staff. Over the years our customers have found our renovation services invaluable as the design and renovation team understands the urgency required to renovate between vacation rental guests to maximize net income of their vacation rental.
