John Holz opened PRA's Sarasota Office in 2012 as Partner in Charge. His responsibilities encompass planning & design, project & team oversight, & assuring PRA's sustained growth. His approach to design starts with cultivating a strong relationship with each client. He enjoys making that first correct impression that convinces them to believe in PRA as the right architect for their vision. The client’s trust in his team’s abilities motivates & fuels him throughout the project process. John looks at a project from the inside out, to discover and harness each client's core principles and where they want to go within the design. The design successfully captures their essence and vision, becoming an extension of who they are.
