About Us

A Chef service catering to your family and friends gatherings with custom crafted menus for your table, prepared and served fresh in your home.

Our Steaks and Seafood is available in 3 or 4 course dining plus optional additional Tapas. High quality meats and fresh seafood plus fine vegetarian combinations are offered with up to 3 main plates per group.

Coastal Dining options include center cut filet, New York strip, jumbo cowboy ribeye, chicken, pork veal, and lamb chops.

Choose fresh, local seafood such as Florida or New England lobster tails, yellow fin / Ahi tuna, Gulf grouper, Chilean sea bass, jumbo lump crab meat, trigger fish, Gulf red snapper, salmon from the Atlantic or Pacific, and jumbo sea scallops.

Vegetarian dishes are also available, including roasted root vegetables, huevos rancheros, spring green vegetable gnocchi, roasted cauliflower steaks, and stuffed portobello mushroom.

Delectable sides complement your main course. Anna potatoes, risotto, potato latkes and more will complete your plate.

Finish with a decadent dessert, such as fresh baked sea salt dark chocolate lava cake, Chef Melissa's spiced carrot cake, or Meyer lemon cake.
