Jovan Hemenez serves as the Director of Development & Community Engagement at Visible Men Academy, where he leads fundraising, donor relations, and strategic partnerships that fuel the school’s mission to uplift and empower boys in Manatee County. With a background in ministry, community building, and organizational leadership, Jovan is passionate about creating meaningful connections between local businesses, nonprofits, and families. His work focuses on expanding VMA’s impact through innovative events, corporate engagement, and storytelling that highlights the transformational growth of VMA scholars.
Outside of his professional role, Jovan is a devoted husband and father to three young children who inspire his commitment to education, family, and community. He’s driven by the desire to help build a stronger future for all families in Manatee County and believes in the power of relationships to bring lasting change.
