POSTONED as of 10/5/24: New Date Will Be Announced
Lakewood Ranch, the nationally award-winning master-planned community, is celebrating its 30th year of building community and driving economic investment. With 33,000+ acres, Lakewood Ranch is already home to more than 60,000 residents and more than 6 million square feet of commercial property in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Schroeder-Manatee Ranch (SMR), the parent company of Lakewood Ranch, has preserved over 40% of the land for conservation and parks, which includes 10,000 acres of lakes,150 miles of trails and twelve parks.
What does the future hold for Lakewood Ranch that will enhance our region and continue to be a catalyst for economic development? Join us in welcoming Lakewood Ranch’s Laura Cole to share a perspective on 30 years of development and where the Ranch is headed for the next 30 years.
Laura Cole oversees residential, lifestyle, and town center portfolios for Lakewood Ranch, the nation's best-selling multi-generational community since 2018. Located in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Lakewood Ranch features 49,000+ residential units and 6 million sq ft of mixed-use space, including offices, hotels, shopping centers, and town centers.
