Viento Kitchen + Bar, the signature restaurant of Zota Beach Resort, welcomes locals and guests to spend Thanksgiving Day along the powder soft beaches and turquoise waters of unspoiled Longboat Key. Created by Chef Jeremy White, guests enjoy a special brunch buffet featuring a chef carving of roasted turkey breast and honey baked ham, smoked salmon display, grilled lemon pepper chicken, chilled seafood bar and chef attended omelet station.
