Description
A prix fixe menu consisting of five courses paired with select wines.
Prior to the first course, guests will be greeted with a caviar amuse-bouche and sparkling wine toast.
The first course will be a Filet Mignon Tartare paired with Miraval Rose. The salad course consists of an Heirloom Tomato Salad with Pickled Vegetables and Fried Chickpeas which will pair nicely with Kono Sauvignon Blanc.
The third course is Duck à l'Orange with a dark cherry reduction, wild rice and seasonal vegetables paired with Run Riot Pinot Noir.
Hess Treo with a Beef Shortrib over a Purple Potato Waffle and a side of Hawaiian Lion Au Jus is the fourth couse.
The final course is a Spiced Tea Apple Tart paired with Dow's Ruby Port.
