Aaron Swartzman serves as the Vice President of Operations for BlueToad. A former Division I All-American swimmer, Aaron believes that team cohesiveness and employee productivity are critical to BlueToad’s success. He oversees BlueToad operations and is a member of BlueToad’s Senior Leadership Team. Aaron is a Six Sigma Greenbelt and a certified DISC consultant.

Aaron carries with him a rich career history as an operations professional for both Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining BlueToad, Aaron served as Operations Manager for Horizons, Inc., where he directed daily operations, work distribution, demand planning, and forecasting. Aaron also spent nearly a decade in management capacities at Gaylord Palms Resort, Walt Disney World, and the Central Florida YMCA, where he received high-level training and experience in operations, team building, and customer relations.
