Admissions Associates play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests.

- Answers questions, provides information, and sells:
- Tickets
- Tours
- Memberships
- Process payments and ticket distribution
- Provides exceptional customer service to guests
- Assist with events or other duties as assigned
- Ability to learn/use web-based computer ticketing system (Tessitura)
- Communicating effectively (verbally and written) in-person, via telephone, and email
- Work independently and with a team
- Handle cash and payments
- Ability to remain calm during peak times and higher customer volume
Qualifications
Physical
- Stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in environments where temperature may fluctuate
- HS diploma or GED
Helpful
While helpful, these skills are not required to be considered for this role:
- Previous Tessitura experience
- Verbal fluency in additional language(s) besides English

Considerations
Rate of Pay: $15.45 per hour
Working Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week with arrival time of 8:45 AM. Please note that weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required based on the needs of the Ringling.
