Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide excellent, enthusiastic customer service to visitors.
- Greeting and thanking guests as they enter and leave the store.
- Learning the stores products.
- Proactively assisting visitors with their product selection.
- Making suggestions to meet guest's needs whilst increasing sales opportunities.
- Making thoughtful suggestions for additional products to purchase.
- Answering general visitor inquiries, and processing sales at the register.
- Processing shipping orders and returns.
- Helping to maintain the store appearance such as dusting, straightening, restocking, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, climb a small step ladder, stock products on high and low shelves, and often lift up to 25 lbs.

While helpful, these skills are not required to be considered for this role:
- Previous retail experience
- Ability to learn a point-of-sale system

Considerations
Rate of Pay: $15.45 per hour
Working Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week over a varied schedule. Please note this role's hours may include weekends, days, evenings, and holidays based on the needs of the Ringling.
