Job Overview - Delivery Driver for BBC Wine Imports of Sarasota, FL Join our dynamic, family-run team as a Wine Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and our valued customers across Central Florida. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering Wine and Beer products to various locations (restaurants & shoppes). Your enthusiasm, organization, and communication skills will drive success as you navigate routes and manage deliveries. Duties --Safely operate commercial vehicles (delivery van) along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations --Deliver products promptly to customers’ locations while maintaining high standards of professionalism --Organize daily delivery & pick-up routes efficiently to maximize productivity --Assist with heavy lifting of packages and wine cases, ensuring safe handling practices at all times --Must maintain an organized warehouse (approx. 1,500 sq. ft.) & operate small forklift machinery that reaches the wine cases at an elevated, weighted level Requirements --Valid driver’s license in the State of Florida --Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers --Knowledge of route driving techniques and traffic regulations --Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when required --Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus --Embark on a rewarding career that combines driving expertise with exceptional customer service in the Food & Beverage Industry!
